Delete Account

You can delete your MCBU Kampus account and your in-app data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

Open MCBU Kampus and sign in to your account
Go to the Profile or Settings section
Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to [email protected]. We process the request within 30 days at the latest, after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed on the app side:

Your app account and profile details
The event photos you uploaded
Your push notification token and in-app preferences
Data tied to your use of the app

Data we keep

Your enrollment record and academic data are held in the university's student information system, and deleting your app account does not affect those records. Some records we are legally required to keep may be retained for the period required by law. Anonymous, aggregated statistics may be kept because they cannot be linked back to you.
