Terms of Use

MCBU Kampus is intended for Manisa Celal Bayar University students, academic and administrative staff. You need a valid university account to sign in.

You sign in with your student portal credentials. Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple and on-device biometric sign in are supported. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

To keep attendance secure, the app checks device integrity (root or jailbreak). Attempts to spoof the attendance system are prohibited and subject to the university's disciplinary rules.

MCBU Kampus is free for students and staff. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions and no ads.

You may use the app only for its intended purpose and in a lawful way. The following is prohibited:

• Faking attendance, identity or any other record, or acting on behalf of someone else
• Disrupting the security or operation of the app, or attempting unauthorized access
• Uploading content that infringes others' rights, harasses or is unlawful
• Sending excessive requests through automated tools or bots

When you upload photos for events, you allow us to host and display that content to the extent needed for the app to work. You are responsible for holding the rights to the content you upload.

The app is provided as is. Information such as the dining menu, shuttle times and occupancy is for guidance and may change with real-time conditions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

We may update these terms from time to time and announce important changes in the app. Disputes are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Manisa. For questions, write to [email protected].
